什么是“service request"
-It means you (applicant) ask USCIS to give you the inofrmation, advice, processing progress on your case or any kind of request to speed your case process.

还有是不是一定要联系州还有是不是一定要联系州议员？我们的PD是03年9月，根据新的排期好像是到了？
-Up to you.
Most people do nothing (no service reques, no help from 州议员) and let the case go naturally.
