回复：eb5 也需要排期？？？

pjing 老师，我是eb5, 现在交了485 application(526 批了），可是uscis 退了回来，说我的Ｐｒｉｏｒｉｔｙ　ｄａｔｅ　没到，需要排期～～～～　　我和我的律师都傻了，　没听说ｅｂ５　要排期阿，而且今年还有名额，老师你有遇到过这种情况吗？？？ thax soooo much, and really appreicated ~~~~~~~
-EB5 priority date is current. USCIS made a mistake to reject your application. So, just send the application back again and respond to the rejection by justifying the priority date is current with enclosed the July visa bulletin page (print it out)
