Finally got welcome letter: EB3, PD: 05/10/2003, NSC

Recently contacted senators and one senator was helpful. Whether the approval is related to that. After using out 3 H1B, finally it is my turn. Best wishes to all of you.

If there is approval, I planned to file law suit against USCIS. Anyway, only $320. You can fill in the form by yourself and go to the court. It is not that hard as you think. No need for attorney fees. Just do it by yourself.
