it would be great if they can let me know where my case is at. I never got any update besides the initial reciept update. anyone work on it? backgroud check? any update will make me feel better. However, they send me a letter saying my PD is not current for my first service request on 5/10/2010, which makes me worry that they might never touch my case before. how much longer that will take?
