弟弟一家移民排期下个月就到了，可弟妹母亲查出了癌症，需要留下照顾。如让弟弟和孩子先移民，弟妹将来再探亲，会得到签证吗?

查了前面的贴，知道持绿卡的配偶探亲很难得到签证。可她是有机会得到绿卡而没拿的人，是否会因而排除移民倾向?
