PJ老师和863211等大侠, 关于485排期时换相似领域工作

当时办PERM时候,为了减少登广告后收到的resumes, 律师在JOB Requirements里要求：１）有Intertional的经验，２）有某个 System经验．

请问如果换工作，Job Deions（具体做的工作）相似，　但JOB Requirements里没有这两条，　会不会有问题？
