Thanks very much, 863211. Do you know if most RFE for employment certificate will not ask for the job duration? So no worry on the short term of a job, right?
-If you still work for your current employer who sponsored your I-140, you do not need to say the job is long term or not because the PERM has indicated your job is permanent and USCIS just need to confirm that you still work there.

Because if this is right, I will change my mind to rely on the current boss other than finding a new job.Thanks a million.
