I have H1B on I-9. I have EAD and AP too, but never used them, I guess I'm good. So, that means I can let the law firm file the I-140, and wait to see if my pending I-485 gets approved. If it gets denied, then a new I-485 can be filed with the PD from the old case - Oct. 2005, right?

BTW, you mean if the EAD is used, then a second I-485 cannot be filed?
