公司办的eb2还在485等排期的阶段，另找律师办eb1b

I-140,可否让公司的律师也准备eb1b 485，自请的律师递上140后，就由公司的律师递
485， 不知这种情况可行不？不同的律师递140和485，能叫140和485同时file 吗？能否让公司的律师将准备好的485给自请的律师，一起递上？
请高手指点一下这种情况如何处理最好？
主要考虑到公司的律师办485，费用不必由自己出，律师费都包括了，485的申请费公司也出，只是要求公司再出eb1b 140的费用不太可能。非常感谢回答！
