急问：EB2 NIW I-140 已批，是先等到排期再交I-485，还是现在就可交I-485？因为我们急于申请工卡（EAD），我们的H1B还有一年就到期，听说等绿卡排期就要等3至5年？
-You have to wait for your 排期 to become current to file I-485, not now. Because your hu*****and's I-140 is aproved, he can extend his H1 for another 3 years beyond the 6 year limit before his current expires (he do the h1 extension in advance up to 6 months before his current H1 expires).

另，我作为附申请人与我的丈夫一起递交的I-140，现在I-140已获批，现在仍然想做为附申请人一起递交I-485并一起申请工卡（EAD）。

我是否仍然需要交I-130？
-I-130 is used for Family based GC application, not be used for Employment based (EB) GC application. Only the GC holder or US citizen can file I-130 to sponsor his/her family member or relatives' GC application. you are not qualified to use it yet.

若需交I-130，我是把I-130与我的I-485和我丈夫的I-485一起打包递交到Texas Center, 还是我的材料要单独交到Chicago Center?
