拨1-800-375-5283， 1， 2， 1， enter your receipt #, 1, 3, 1, 这时会有customer representative 接电话，告诉她（一般都是女士）你有两个I-140希望relink/transfer,如果她说她没办法或不行，你就告诉她，"According to USCIS Policy （memo of Micheael A. Pearson 5/9/2000), this is doable, if you won't able to help me on this matter, please kindly contact me to someone who can." 一般情况下，她们都会转的。
