I have applied follow to join based on my I485 approvement for my daughter, but now the visa number due the back of 排期.
-Following-to-Join has no 排期 problem.

Does this matter after I824 approving? I mean if I824 approved, my daughter can get visa or have to wait.
-After the I-824 approval, your daughter will be required for interview shortly in the U.S. Consulate to get the visa. No waiting.
