我的I-485是2007年七月30日提交给NCS，因为材料不全被退回，2007年11月再次提
交，2007年12月收到收据，2008年4月打指纹，迄今没有任何回信，
-USCIS never回信 to anybody for fingerprinting he/she has done unless the fingerprints' quality is bad.


我的I-140是2007年7月30日提交，LC 是2007年6月2日提交， LC是2007年6月5日批
准，按照863211大侠的指点，我的CASE的I-485的当前排期应该是2007年6月2日，我
的CASE的I-485的提交日期应该是2007年12月吗？？
-should be early Aug, 2007 (the notice date on the receipt).
请问我的CASE的I-485的现在有没有被处理？？
-Check NSC webite for the processing time. If it passes your filing date, your I-485 may have been processed and wait for PD to be current for approval.
