Amended EB2 Cap = 46,533 + 22, 076 = 68,609

China, India EB2 Cap = 46,533 * 7% * 2 = 6,514
Other country EB2 Cap = 46, 533 - 6,514 = 40,019
China, India Benefit = 70,046 - 40,019 = 30, 441


Over approved EB2 = 70,046 - 68,609 = 1,851
Over approved EB3 = 48,903 - 46,533 = 2,370
