Crying!!! old EB-2 (PD 06/2004) stuck in name check

We went to the infopass this morning and got to know that our I485 ( Rd 03/2007) is still pending because of incompleted name check! The officer said that CIS will not process our case untill our name check clear. The about I485 status adjustment for case with > 6 month name check new memo role does not apply to us??? What can we do to speed up our case now?
