我去年8/2日拿到绿卡，因为去年年底回国节的婚，
- You got married after you got GC, then your wife would be OOS in her H-4. Also you need to file I-130 for her.

所以LP来美国后一直还是维持H4身份(EB2排期)，我8/1日寄出她的case(I485 receipt上写8/6收到)，8/2日我的绿卡就批了，那她的绿卡申请排期是不是还是使用我EB2的排期呢？还是她的绿卡随时会批因为住申请人的绿卡已经批了？
