本人在美非法停留超3年, 如今亲属移民排期到了后, 面试被拒签,请大家帮忙!

本人以学生签证来美国在911以前,毕业后由于父母公民申请我的绿卡就没有保持身份,在美非法停留超3年, 如今亲属移民排期到了后,我离境回国面试.本认为没事,结果移民官发现了非法停留,面试被拒签,给我了 212 (a)(9)(B)(i)(ii). 我该如何办呢? 是否要申请 I-601 Waiver ?请大家帮忙! 我的快乐全靠大家的帮忙了!
