今天早晨收到这样一封email

On September 22, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. 一般这样的情况下会花多久才能拿到绿卡？我们的PD是04年11月份，也就是说下个月就又不是current 了(倒霉死了，每次都被cut出来)。如果在这种情况下是不是我们就算send in additional evidence 也要等到我们current 才能被touch again。这个绿卡排的快要疯了，03年开始advertised position，04年律师才给file 上LC 所以PD就变成了 11/04的。之后的LC花了3年才下来，去年7月份和大家一起送进去的485。以下是case detail；
