NIW的PD可以 transfer to PERM EB2吗？谢谢！

可能是个傻问题，因为NIW和PERM 是势不两立的。只是问问理论上的可行性。如果张三的NIW 140 批准了，但想换一份工作，再递一份PERM的申请。是否可以用NIW的PD？抑或直接导致NIW被revoke?
