EB2 PD current for 2 months so far ,nothing yet

My PD has been current since June (EB2 Feb 2004 , there was an error for my PD in my approved I140 ,but corrected later on in June), but I am
still waiting for my 485 approval . I contact my attorney today
but they said my RD is July 27 2007 while processing date is 07/16/2007,
so they can't inquiry with USCIS .

Should I just call USCIS customer service to get status or go for infopass? I have reason to worry about this from my last experience , last time when my PD had an error and I might speak louder and faster when talking to a black lady(IO) from TSC ,later on my attorney received call from TSC said I was hostile...really really frustrate with those liers.



Anyone has experience what my chance to get approval in coming weeks!
