请问pjiang,小白兔:I-485 8月排期到了,但还没收到打指纹通知.

我们一家三人于07年7月递交了I-485, 8月排期就到了,但自今我们三人还没收到打指纹通知.我给USCIS打过两次电话,接话人说给file a request, 但没收到回音.

请问我该怎么办? 谢谢!
