EB2, NIW PD 2003,9

I am still waiting green card. Are there anybody who applied EB2 NIW PD early than me and did not get green card ? I saw so many people got green card recently, but they are EB2 perm. I lost job four and half months two years ago and I don’t know that situation is the reason for heavy delay.
