You will be more dispointted by I-140.ocessing dates which will be posted this month around 25th. Next month, I bet visa bulletin will retreat as well as processing date. As we expected, US goverment and USCIS are not as nice as they should be to us. So do not expect much on them, the news from them are always negative to you.
