不太清楚是否　PD current。我是台湾籍，hu*****and 是大陆籍（主申请人），　律师说不受 EB2 quota backlog 的限制。EB2，TSC, 收据上没有priority date, received date 是June 13， 2007。notice date 是 June 27, 2007. 我的NC cleared. Hu*****and NC pending since July 2007....
