如果你file EB1, 你的PD 是I140 批准日,如果你file EB2, 你的PD 是你的PERM filing date.

PD current 是指visa bulletin 的 cutting-off date 已经移到你的PD 日期之后,比如, EB2 的cutting-off date 现在是Jan.1, 2003, 如你的PD是在Jan. 1, 2003 之前, 则你的PD current.
