with Name Check memo, fax to expedite your case if PD current

if your PD is current, pass the process date, Name check over 180 days, case in NSC, then try this:

NSC has confirmed that Expedite Requests may be faxed to the following numbers: 402-219-6344 or 402-219-6171. Faxed Expedite Requests should include a brief explanation of the qualifying basis for expedite review (see list below) and be accompanied by evidence (preferably limited to one or two pages)

remember to attach the Name check memo, memo link 这里

if still don't work out for you, then do NOT hesitate to bring USCIS/FBI to the Court (file WOM)
