请教各位高手，140/485的PD问题

请教各位高手，我和LP都有140，我们在6月file的485（那时她的140还没批）我是主申请人，LP的140在上个月PASS，由于她的PD较前，我们能不能将主申请换成她（用她的PD）？细节怎么做？万分感谢！
