Can I subscribe the email case update from USCIS for I140 (PERM)

My company filed I140 for me on PERM base. I understand that the company is the petitioner/applicant for my I140.

My question is: can I subscribe the email case update from USCIS for this I140. On their websit it asks me if I am the applicant or customer representitive, but I am neither of them.

Did anyone do that before?
