This is letter captioned from the email sent by USCIS to congressman's office.

"Here are the facts: His case is ready to work: FBI fingerprints and name check have cleared; HOWEVER, since he is a derivative of the principle who was approved as a third preference from China with a priority date of Dec,04......according the October Visa bulletin, they are processing cases that were filed on 9/1/01 so there is not a current visa for this case.



The case will remain on hold till a visa becomes available "
