Question about online status update

USCIS received my case May 22nd 2007, first update on June 24, 2007. I checked couples of days ago, shows a new date of 11/29/2007, but still says on May 22nd 2007 we received your case and it's on pending........
Can I start calling and question about my GC????? or just wait.......
