初来乍道, 请教高手. EB2 140 approved, CP pending. 换了工作, 能carry over PD 吗

EB2 PERM, 140 都批了. 选了consulate processing. 现在这不在等visa number嘛. 如果换工作, 重新申请EB2 PERM 和140, PD能carry over 吗? 多谢了.
