EB2 PD 08/06, EB1b I140 pending & job not secure, what to do?

My case is

NIW approved PD 08/06,
I-485 filed with NIW on 07/07

EB1b PD 06/07 case still pending, however job is not secure, and also may change job next year.

Should I wait or file I -485 with EB1b now to get the 180 days role?

How does it work if I change my job after I-485 pending for 180 days assuming by then my I-140 has been approved?

Any advantage/disadvantage to file two I -485?

Should I file another EB1a application pretty soon? Does it worth it?

I am really worried. Thanks for your advice.
