I-485的处理顺序的确是按I-485的RD来进行的。但即使你的I-485已经开始处理，NC已经结束，但如果你的PD没有current，你的I-485也批不了（因为visa number not available）。所以，I-485最终批否，需要同时满足以下几个条件：

1）I-140已经批了。
2）Name check已经clear了。
3）你的PD current了。
