you WOM quite different. The US attorney answered and denied all the complaints. You did not response in time, yet the judge will hear it. I think this is a good sign. The judge can acctually dismiss it on the ground no response from the plaintiff. You do not need a lawyer, just read some response, and go to the court. Some of my old post will help you. You have to be brave on that, and take a firm ground on the court.
