Processing Date is changing almost every month.

It took us 4.5 years from PD to get our green cards. On average, EB3 applicants need to wait for about 4 years from PD.

You can apply for EAD if you want to work. It is very important for the major applicant to have a job. You will get your green cards sooner or later. You will get your green cards soon if you forget about it. That is my experience.
