Pls help! Pjiang 485pending and want to update I20

My status is F1 with 485 pending (dependent). Now I am doing part-time intern job under CPT part time. Right now I can do a full-time intern job, so I need to update my I-20(CPT full time). Does this action affect my 485 petition?
