Called CIS regardig the 8/17 receipting update

the lady told me that the date is supposed to mean that specific center has completed sending the receipt notice for those people whose pacakge arrives on or before that day. (That means they finished 7/2 packages )


why the hell still so many 7/2 filers are not seeing anything happened to their checks or notice ?

confusing time continues ....
