请问小白兔、pjiang, 我的PD, 在线等

我是7月27号用fedex priority overnight把I-140寄到Texas service center (4141 North St. Augustine Road, Dallas, TX 75227). on-line tracking 显示是在7月30号delivered. 今天看到支票被cash掉了，用上面的 RECEIPT# CHECK,on-line status 显示是8月2号收到的。那是不是我的PD就只能是8月2号了？怎么会这样呢？不是说依 physical received date 作为 receipt date 吗？
