Hi. Everyone:

Good news. I just spoke with my lawyer. He is not a Chinese Lawyer. His understanding is:

If your applied LC and PD is before Aug. 17th, you may file I-140 and I-485 concurrently. It is quite different from Lawyer Zhang & Associates.
