On July 13, receipting update is posted to say that July 18 is in time
compliance date . but at least half of June filers have not received their
receipt yet by then. Based on same processing time, hopefully the last June
filer will get receipt on early Aug. And you can imagine how late it will be
for July filers. My guess it will take 1 month to half year at least
depending on your RP. Based on huge volumn of July 2 filers, if you file
today, you probably have to wait at least 3 months.
