similar situation: I485 RD Jul04

hi Folks,
below is the email i just received today. my wife and kid got the same email today.

my case:
EB1a,1b NIW aproved in 2004.
I-485 RD Jul04
1st FP: Apr05
2nd FP: Apr06

call USCIS and INFO PASS many times, always NC pending.
write to 1st lady, senator on Apr, got response from FBI "you can be assured it will be avaiable as quick as possible.." on Jun/14/07

what do you think about this notice and my NC: is it a FP notice? is my NC cleared?
