两者不可混淆。PD 是你递交劳工卡申请的时间，例如2003年7月1日；RD是你递交I-485的时间，例如2007年7月20日。如果有人在你之前（例如2007年7月2日）递交了I-485,但今年刚刚办了PERM,还是你老人家优先。
