help: 如果需要PD carry over, 能否concurrent filing

哪位热心的大侠帮帮忙, 我的情况是原来的eb3 140 approved, 485 pending, 现在想从新file eb3 140, 要求carry over 原来的eb3 priority date. 那我能不能concurrent filing 485? 大家也知道移民费马上就要涨了,看看能不能在涨前递上去.
