排期到了，交不上485---急问小白兔及各位大侠

我7/2005 NIW，我wife当时没有和我一起485。排期将至，律师告知在我的case被approve之后我wife便不能做为dependent交485了。而最近很多人在priority date 变为current的当天就会收到移民局网上通知case被approved。如果到时我的case也如此，我wife的怎么办？？？
最近移民局通知去重新做fingerprint，能否要求延期来拖延时间？问题是不知拖到哪天，另外对我的case是否有负面影响？郁闷ing,急问小白兔及各位大侠有什么办法解决? 多谢！！
