Another question for PD carryover – for I485 pending

The above posts about the PD carryover information are very helpful, but we have different situation.

We already ted our 485 (EB-2 ted before Oct05), and it is pending now. Now I want to apply for Eb-1 and use the PD of Eb-1 to link the pending 485 once my Eb-1 case is approved.

If anyone knows how to do this please share some information with me. I’d like to have some idea although I will ask my lawyer to do it.
