Thank you all for suggestion. I called the clerk and she counted the date and told me that today is the 60th day and I should file Request for Notice of Default next week. But she said there is no form. I have to prepare the Request. Does anyone have the experience on how to prepare the Request for Notice of Default? Thanks.
