Can PD of EB3 be carried over to EB2 when changing a job?

Hello, all:

My PERM (under EB3) is still pending in Atlanta Center. I am wondering after it is approved, if I change job and find a position which qualifies EB2, can I carry over the PD of Eb3 from previous company? How difficult is it? Has anyone had such experience?
