I have similar situation. My I140 was approved in Jan, 2007 and my PD is Aug. 28, 2005 (EB2). Unfortunately, our company is closing down.I don't understand why you left your company and still keep your PD or petition without new employer's sponsor. I want to know what to do next. Thank you first.
