First of all, I didn't do this. All below is based on what I read on internet.

I am little surprised that your new 140 didn't have the old PD, since you attached your first 140 approval letter.

At this point, you could go with either way. Either, ask your lawyer to a request to change your priority date on the new 140 letter.

Or, go ahead and the 485 app attaching with the old 140 letter again (be ready to be returned with "PD is not current).

Either way, I would ask the lawyer to attach the related "Memo".

Personally, I lean toward to the option one.
