因为EB2排期,NIW递不上485, 没有EAD, 名义上

NIW的140一批就可以换工作, 但必须用H1来工作. 所以, 跟PERM也差不多. 而且, NIW一旦LAY OFF, 必须赶紧找工, 好继续维持H1. NIW现在唯一的好处是, 换工作,绿卡不用RESTART了.
